In our experience, a 1-year term is crucial for the successful implementation of a digital tool. However, most customers opt for a 3-year term in order to benefit from a fixed price and additional advantages.
At the end of the contract period, the license agreement can be terminated at any time with a 3-month notice period.
We offer a refund guarantee as part of our 8-week implementation offer. If you follow our plan and are still unable to use Wowflow after 8 weeks, we will refund the entire onboarding fee and offer you a free 1-year license.
Refunds are no longer possible after the onboarding phase. However, if you cancel your package before the start of the next payment cycle, you will retain access to all paid functions and analyses until the end of the current billing period.
