It offers all the necessary functions and can be set up quickly.<\/li><li>If several plants and regions are involved and a risk assessment is necessary, an EAM solution is probably the better choice. It offers strategic analyses and risk assessments based on asset data.<\/li><\/ul><p><b>Answer 2:<\/b><\/p><ul><li>If infrastructure issues are of secondary importance and the focus is on technical maintenance, then a CMMS solution is the right choice.<\/li><li>When it comes to maintaining an overview of room occupancy and managing services such as cleaning and catering, then <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/wowflow.com\/en\/facilities-management\/cafm\/\">CAFM<\/a><\/strong> should come into focus.
