Challenges in Facility Management at NOI Techpark<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

As part of its facility management operations, NOI AG relies on a combination of various software solutions, including Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, WhatsApp messages, and a comprehensive space management system. However, the previous space management system was expensive and complicated to use, resulting in an unsatisfactory cost-benefit ratio.<\/p>\n

In light of these challenges, NOI Techpark placed particular emphasis on intuitive operation and high user-friendliness when evaluating a new solution. The system was to be easy to use without extensive training and straightforward and understandable for both internal facility management staff and external partner companies.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

NOI simplifies facility management with Wowflow despite initial reservations<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

While evaluating a new solution, the team came across Wowflow but initially had reservations because Wowflow does not support floor plans. Given the complex building structures on the site, the precise specification of locations had previously been of great importance. Despite these concerns, the decision was made to implement the solution.<\/p>\n

For Ivan Gummerer, Head of Unit Facility Management at NOI AG, it quickly became clear, however, that displaying floor plans in Wowflow wasn\u2019t necessary at all. This is because rooms on the NOI campus have since been assigned numbers, which makes navigation easier. Additionally, individual rooms can, of course, be created in Wowflow along with all relevant information and documents.<\/p>\n

Wowflow offers numerous advantages to Facility Management at NOI. Thanks to Wowflow, time-consuming floor plans are no longer necessary, reducing administrative effort by up to 50 percent.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Wowflow is a software program that\u2019s very easy to learn. New employees at NOI start using Wowflow from day one and can operate the software with ease in just a few hours. Communication with external partners, such as maintenance companies, can take place directly within Wowflow.<\/p>\n

NOI AG now requires the use of Wowflow as a mandatory tool in all contracts with other service providers. With Wowflow, all internal and external colleagues are on the same page, can communicate seamlessly, and work in a consistent manner.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
