The management level of facility management is male-dominated. There are many women in the industry, yet mostly not on the upper management levels. And this is exactly the topic we want to question at our third Wowflow panel discussion on November 24th:
Where are the women in facility management? And how can we promote them?
To find out what a woman’s path to the top floor of facility management looks like, we invited four women who have made this leap. They will give us insights into their professional careers, into everyday life in a “men’s industry” and tell us why FM can be the right job for women – also at the management level. In contrast to this, the proportion of women in the building cleaning sector predominates: there it is 60 to 70 percent. Why is that? Another question that we want to get to the bottom of.
