Folgende Daten werden erfasst und bis zur automatisierten L\u00f6schung gespeichert:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Merkmale der App (App Version, App ID),<\/li>\n<li>Merkmale des Smartphones\/iPhones (Marke, Modell, Systemversion, Batterie- und Ladestatus).<\/li>\n<li>IP-Adresse des anfragenden Ger\u00e4ts<\/li>\n<li>Erfolgte Registrierung in der App<\/li>\n<li>Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs<\/li>\n<li>Name und URL der abgerufenen Daten<\/li>\n<li>\u00dcbertragene Datenmenge<\/li>\n<li>Meldung, ob der Abruf erfolgreich war<\/li>\n<li>Erkennungsdaten des verwendeten Browser- und Betriebssystems<\/li>\n<li>Erforderlichen Daten zum Dienst der App (Anlegen und Bearbeiten einer Meldung):\n<ul>\n<li>Server Meldung ID\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Arbeitsbereich, ID und die Beschreibung<\/li>\n<li>Eventuell angegebene Adresse<\/li>\n<li>Titel<\/li>\n<li>Kategorie<\/li>\n<li>Beschreibung<\/li>\n<li>Bilder<\/li>\n<li>Status<\/li>\n<li>Priorit\u00e4t<\/li>\n<li>Erstellt von (Person)<\/li>\n<li>Erstellt am (Datum); um (Uhrzeit)<\/li>\n<li>Zuletzt ge\u00e4ndert von\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Zuletzt ge\u00e4ndert am (Datum) ; um (Uhrzeit)<\/li>\n<li>Zugewiesen an (Person)<\/li>\n<li>Meldung abgeschlossen am; um (Uhrzeit)<\/li>\n<li>Meldung abgeschlossen von\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Bewertung der Meldung<\/li>\n<li>Bewertung abgegeben am; um (Uhrzeit)<\/li>\n<li>Notizen und Kommentare in der Meldung<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>S\u00e4mtliche Daten werden f\u00fcr einen Zeitraum von drei Jahren nach Vertragsaufl\u00f6sung gespeichert und anschlie\u00dfend gel\u00f6scht.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Die Daten werden zur bestimmungsgem\u00e4\u00dfen Nutzung der App und damit zur Vertragserf\u00fcllung im Sinne des Art 6 Abs 1 lit b DSGVO verarbeitet.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Im Allgemeinen werden die personenbezogenen Daten, welche Wowflow GmbH zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt werden, zur Kommunikation mit dem Kunden genutzt (Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen, Feedback-Abfragen, technischer Service etc.) sowie zu Buchhaltungs- und Verrechnungszwecken verarbeitet.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Nicht personenbezogene Daten werden verwendet, um Dienste zu verbessern, insbesondere um diese auf den Kundenbedarf zuzuschneiden und das Nutzungsverhalten der App zu analysieren.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Funktion Equipment-Verwaltung<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Im Rahmen der Equipment-Verwaltung werden folgende Daten verarbeitet:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ausgabe von (Person) an (Person)<\/li>\n<li>Ausgabe am (Datum); um (Uhrzeit)<\/li>\n<li>Reservierung von (Person) f\u00fcr (Datum, Uhrzeit)<\/li>\n<li>R\u00fcckgabe von (Person) an (Person)<\/li>\n<li>R\u00fcckgabe am (Datum); um (Uhrzeit)<\/li>\n<li>F\u00e4lligkeit am (Datum); um (Uhrzeit)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Funktion Asset-Verwaltung<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Im Rahmen der Asset-Verwaltung werden folgende Daten verarbeitet:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Erstellung der Anlage durch (Person)<\/li>\n<li>\u00c4nderungen der Anlage Informationen durch (Person)<\/li>\n<li>Ver\u00e4nderung des Status der Anlage durch (Person)<\/li>\n<li>Archivieren\/Aktivieren der Anlage durch (Person)<\/li>\n<li>Hinzuf\u00fcgen\/L\u00f6schen von Medien durch (Person)<\/li>\n<li>Hinzuf\u00fcgen\/L\u00f6schen von Dokumenten durch (Person)<\/li>\n<li>Benachrichtigung\/E-Mail \u00fcber H\u00e4ufigkeit von Meldungen versendet an (Person)<\/li>\n<li>Benachrichtigung\/E-Mail \u00fcber offene Meldungen in einem bestimmten Zeitraum versendet an (Person)<\/li>\n<li>Benachrichtigung\/E-Mail \u00fcber bevorstehenden Ablauf der Gew\u00e4hrleistung versendet an (Person)<\/li>\n<li>Aufgabe zur \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der Anlage erstellt f\u00fcr (Person)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>Funktion QR Scan Log<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Die Funktion QR Scan Log erm\u00f6glicht die Standortverifikation.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Beim Scannen eines QR-Codes werden f\u00fcr den \u201eQR Scan Log\u201c zus\u00e4tzlich folgende Daten verarbeitet:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gescannt von (Person)<\/li>\n<li>Gescannt am (Datum); um (Uhrzeit)<\/li>\n<li>Standort des Ger\u00e4ts zum Zeitpunkt des Scans. Die im QR-Code hinterlegten Standortdaten des Anbringungsortes erm\u00f6glichen durch Scan des Codes einen R\u00fcckschluss auf den Standort des scannenden Ger\u00e4ts zum Zeitpunkt des Scan-Vorgangs. Eine exakte Standortbestimmung erfolgt nicht. Nach Abschluss des Scan-Vorgangs werden keine weiteren Standortdaten verarbeitet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"5\">\n<li><strong>Funktion GPS erforderlich f\u00fcr die Arbeit<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die Funktion \u201cGPS erforderlich f\u00fcr die Arbeit\u201d muss das GPS des Mobiltelefons aktiviert sein und der Standort des Mobiltelefons mit dem beim Arbeitsbereich hinterlegten Standort \u00fcbereinstimmen, um Arbeiten starten zu k\u00f6nnen. Dabei werden folgende Daten verarbeitet, sofern die Funktion in der App aktiviert ist:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Standort bei der Arbeit: Zum Zeitpunkt des Starts der Arbeit wird der Standort des Mobiltelefons abgefragt. Die Standortdaten werden mit einer Genauigkeit von 300 Metern verarbeitet, d.h. es l\u00e4sst sich damit lediglich feststellen, ob sich das Mobiltelefon innerhalb eines Radius von 300 Metern gemessen vom beim Arbeitsbereich hinterlegten Standort befindet. Eine exaktere Standortbestimmung erfolgt nicht.<\/li>\n<li>beim Scan des QR-Codes im Zuge dieser Funktion, werden die aktuellen Standortdaten zum Zeitpunkt des Scan-Vorgangs abgefragt und im QR-Scan Log dargestellt. Die Standortdaten werden mit einer Genauigkeit von 300 Metern verarbeitet, d.h. es l\u00e4sst sich damit lediglich feststellen, ob sich das Mobiltelefon innerhalb eines Radius von 300 Metern gemessen vom beim Arbeitsbereich hinterlegten Standort befindet. Eine exaktere Standortbestimmung erfolgt nicht.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"6\">\n<li><strong>Funktion QR Zeitprotokoll<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Mit der Funktion QR Time Log k\u00f6nnen An- und Abmeldedaten an einen bestimmten Standort sowie die Anwesenheitszeit vor Ort verarbeitet werden. Diese Daten werden nur verarbeitet, wenn die entsprechende Funktion in den Einstellungen der App aktiviert ist.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Beim Scannen eines QR-Codes mit der Funktion \u201eQR Time Log\u201c werden zus\u00e4tzlich folgende Daten verarbeitet, sofern die Funktion in der App aktiviert ist:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Anmeldung, gescannt von (Person)<\/li>\n<li>Anmeldung, gescannt am (Datum); um (Uhrzeit)<\/li>\n<li>Standort des Ger\u00e4ts im Zeitpunkt des Scans. Die im QR-Code hinterlegten Standortdaten des Anbringungsortes erm\u00f6glichen durch Scan des Codes einen R\u00fcckschluss auf den Standort des scannenden Ger\u00e4ts zum Zeitpunkt des Scan-Vorgangs.<\/li>\n<li>Abmeldung, gescannt von (Person)<\/li>\n<li>Abmeldung, gescannt am (Datum); um (Uhrzeit)<\/li>\n<li>Standort des Ger\u00e4ts im Zeitpunkt des Scans. Die im QR-Code hinterlegten Standortdaten des Anbringungsortes erm\u00f6glichen durch Scan des Codes einen R\u00fcckschluss auf den Standort des scannenden Ger\u00e4ts zum Zeitpunkt des Scan-Vorgangs. Eine exakte Standortbestimmung erfolgt nicht. Nach Abschluss des Scan-Vorgangs werden keine weiteren Standortdaten verarbeitet.<\/li>\n<li>Anwesenheitsdauer: dieses Datum wird aus dem Zeitraum zwischen An- und Abmeldung errechnet, eine gesonderte Standortermittlung w\u00e4hrend der Anwesenheitsdauer erfolgt nicht.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Die Entscheidung, welche Arten von personenbezogenen Daten im Rahmen der Funktionen QR Time Scan\u201c und \u201eGPS erforderlich f\u00fcr die Arbeit\u201c verwendet werden, obliegt dem Lizenznehmer. Dementsprechend ist auch der Lizenznehmer f\u00fcr die Wahrung der Betroffenenrechte verantwortlich. Sollten Dritte, insbesondere Mitarbeiter des Lizenznehmers aufgrund der Datenverarbeitung Anspr\u00fcche gegen Wowflow geltend machen, wird der Lizenznehmer Wowflow in diesem Zusammenhang vollst\u00e4ndig schad- und klaglos halten<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"5\">\n<li><strong>Von der App ben\u00f6tigte Berechtigungen und deren Verwendung<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Die App ben\u00f6tigt folgende Berechtigungen:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zugriff auf Handykamera<\/li>\n<li>Zugriff auf Handy Galerie<\/li>\n<li>Notifikationen (Push &#8211; Notifications)<\/li>\n<li>GPS, sofern diese Funktion in den Einstellungen aktiviert ist.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"6\">\n<li><strong>Daten\u00fcbermittlung an Dritte<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Die Verarbeitung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten erfolgt durch Digital Ocean Inc., welche vertraglich befugt ist, Subauftragnehmer zur Erbringung der Leistung einzusetzen.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Wowflow GmbH bleibt in jedem Fall f\u00fcr den Schutz Ihrer Daten verantwortlich. Digital Ocean Inc. arbeitet ausschlie\u00dflich gem\u00e4\u00df unseren Weisungen, was durch strenge vertragliche Regelungen, durch technische und organisatorische Ma\u00dfnahmen und durch erg\u00e4nzende Kontrollen sichergestellt ist.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus erfolgt keine Daten\u00fcbermittlung an Dritte.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"7\">\n<li><strong>Datensicherheit<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Wowflow GmbH und ihr Auftragsverarbeiter ergreifen geeignete technische und organisatorische Ma\u00dfnahmen um Ihre personenbezogenen Daten vor versehentlichem Verlust, Zerst\u00f6rung, Missbrauch, Besch\u00e4digung sowie unbefugten und unrechtm\u00e4\u00dfigen Zugriff zu sch\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"8\">\n<li><strong>Betroffenenrechte<\/strong>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Auskunftsrecht<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft \u00fcber die von Wowflow GmbH verarbeiteten personenbezogenen Daten.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Recht auf Berichtigung<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Sie haben weiter das Recht, die Berichtigung sie betreffender unrichtiger personenbezogener Daten sowie die Vervollst\u00e4ndigung unvollst\u00e4ndiger personenbezogener Daten zu verlangen.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Recht auf L\u00f6schung<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Sie sind berechtigt, die L\u00f6schung der sie betreffenden personenbezogenen Daten zu verlangen.
